I don't know her very well at all but she always comes across as genuine, sweet and very classy.
She has my complete admiration for the way she answers each comment on her posts so thoughtfully and graciously. Visiting her blog is like going to an old friend's home where you feel instantly comfortable and at home.
I think her Pav bhaji recipe enjoys a cult status amongst the food bloggers, but I wanted to post this for my family and friends.
If you guys ever want to make Pav Bhaji, please use her recipe.
It is the ultimate pav bhaji recipe and it's the easiest.
I'm not going to post it here.
If you want it, you must go to Nupur's blog "One Hot Stove". Her post about the way she landed this Pav Bhaji recipe is worth reading. DO read, try and enjoy!
This is what we had for lunch today.

Every time I go past Juhu beach (and that's a lot of times), the aroma of pao bhaji fills the air. It takes just too much effort to resist the temptation - much easier to stop and have some :)
Thank you for trying the pav bhaji recipe- I am glad the pav bhaji love is spreading around :D
And for your kind words!
